n February of this year, Leo Cheng was serving the people of Senegal as a Maxillofacial, Thyroid and Reconstructive surgeon whilst on board the AFM.

Fast forward a couple of months, and within weeks of arriving back in the UK with his wife Hilary (a Methodist Minister in the Forest Circuit), Leo found himself in the front line of the battle against Covid-19.

In this article Leo shares with us thoughts on Covid-19 in the developed and developing world, the actions taken by the Mercy Ships, the healthcare response in the UK and what God is doing in our suffering and pain.
