Social Responsibility

The Social Responsibility Commission (SRC) advises the District on policy and priorities for Methodist Social Responsibility involvement in London; it co-ordinates and advocates that involvement and encourages theological reflection on its nature and significance as an expression of Christian discipleship.

 

The District Review defined our mission as: To share the good news of Jesus Christ throughout Greater London and the surrounding areas, and to improve the wellbeing of people and their communities, by engaging pastorally and prophetically with the communities in which our churches are located and with the wider region.
