Hours: 36.5 hours a week – Hybrid work

Contract: Full time

Salary: £32,000 including London Weighting

Responsible to: Minister of King’s Cross Methodist Church

King’s Cross Methodist Church is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Lay Worker to lead our Migrant Workers’ Ministry during a period of maternity leave. This is a 6-month fixed-term role, starting in November.

You’ll be responsible for managing the migrant workers’ service and supporting those who have become part of our church community.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals who often find themselves on the margins of both British and Chinese society.

The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and inspiring leader, able to empower others, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
