Property Manager (part-time)

Salary: from £40,000 (pro-rata) depending on skills and experience.

Hours: 7.5 hours per week, worked flexibly.

This is a new post created to oversee the smooth and effective maintenance of a former church in Plaistow, E13, and which is now used throughout the week by two guest churches. The property is in poor condition and there are many repairs and compliance issues to address as we negotiate leases for the current licensees.

Time permitting, there may be some additional duties relating to two residential properties in Newham that are let to tenants.
