Growing London Leaders is a year-long course to equip lay people in the London Methodist District with the confidence, knowledge and skills to fulfil leadership roles. The course draws on the expertise of lay and ordained people in the District and the Discipleship and Ministries Learning Network of the Methodist Church. It is held as a series of 20 fortnightly Wednesday evening sessions, two Saturdays and two residential weekends beginning April 2018 and finishing April 2019.
