3Generate Claim Form

If your church and/or circuit will be gathering a group of young people and children to attend 3Generate, please note that the District is offering a grant of up to £55 per young person/child attending the full weekend.

In order to apply for this grant, please complete the form below and return it to the District Office. Booking confirmation and receipts are to be submitted alongside your application.
