The London District of the Methodist Church (LDMC) Grenfell Appeal Fund is made up of an amount contributed by individual Methodists across the country. The total of the fund at 14th June 2018 was £110,476.

The funds will “...go toward supporting those who have been affected by the Grenfell Tower disaster and those who have been indirectly impacted.” [Emergency services and the residents of Grenfell].

The panel has undertaken to disburse funds to individuals and organisations which especially provide services to those who have been indirectly impacted. The advice we have received suggest that there are residents who live in the general Notting Hill area who may be impacted by the tragedy but who have not to date sought or accessed support.

The funds are distributed by the panel operating under the oversight of the District Council of the London District of the Methodist Church to which it reports.
