World Mental Health Day

'Mental health for all' is the theme for this year's World Mental Health Day.

The last few months have been a difficult time for all, and it goes without saying that the impact of lockdown and social distancing, on our mental health will be felt by everyone - all ages and all socio-economic backgrounds. But there are things we can do to help each other and ourselves.

The World Mental Health Day website features information on how to set up a 'Tea and Talk' event, bringing people together for a virtual cuppa and a chat. There are also a number of 'How To' packs providing useful information on access to courses and quizzes to help you stay mentally well.

You can also visit some of the below sites for more information, resources and helpful hints.
