Thy Kingdom Come 2019

Thursday 30 May marks the start of Thy Kingdom Come; a global prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray for more people to come to know Jesus. It started in 2016 as an invitation from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to the Church of England has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer.

During the 11 days of Thy Kingdom Come, it is hoped that everyone who takes part will

  • Deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ

  • Pray for God’s spirit to work in the lives of those they know

  • Come to realise that every aspect of their life is the stuff of prayer

There is a wealth of resources and information available in relation to Thy Kingdom Come; and you can find some of those resources below.

Additional resources for individuals, churches and families can be requested from: https://www.cpo.org.uk/thykingdomcome

Let us know what you have been doing in the run up to Thy Kingdom Come. This can include images of events, dropping off/unpacking resources, prayer stations in churches, signing up to ‘Light up the World’ or partaking in some of the customisable videos.

You can email Martha. We'd love to hear from you.
